Join Bee Adventures for a guided hike up Mam Tor, one of the Peak District’s most loved hills. Known as the “Shivering Mountain,” Mam Tor offers a gentle, rewarding route with sweeping views across the Hope Valley and surrounding ridgelines. This walk is designed to be accessible and enjoyable, with our qualified guides supporting all abilities throughout.

At the summit, take a moment to pause, breathe in the spring air and soak up the wide-open landscapes, a perfect chance to clear your head and recharge as the seasons change.

After the walk, we’ll head to a local café nearby for a relaxed coffee stop, giving you time to warm up, chat with fellow walkers and enjoy the simple pleasure of a drink earned by movement and fresh air.

On the day

8.00am - Pick-up - we will be stood waiting outside the National Express coach station on Chorlton Street, Manchester. Roughly 5 min walk from Piccadilly.

9.30am - We arrive at Castleton car park to begin our walk.

1.00pm - Back to Castleton for a coffee and relax.

2pm - Depart from car park.

3.30pm - Drop-off - Arrive back at Chorlton Street, Manchester for departure. With some great memories!
