Mam Tor is one of the most popular walks in the Peak District. Starting in the beautiful village of Castleton and the onto the Limestone Way, via Cave Dale. On a clear day the valley opens up and is a great spot to clear your mind. This is an amazing walk and the reason it's extremely popular among everyone who climbs it!

It takes approximately 3 - 4 hours to walk 9km.

On the day

8.00am - Pick-up 1 - One of our beautiful minibuses (Pictured below) will be parked waiting outside the National Express coach station on Chorlton Street, Manchester. Roughly 5 min walk from Piccadilly.

9.30am - We arrive at Castleton car park, a little introduction from our mountain leaders about the day and then begin our walk. (Toilet facilities are available in the car park).

​

2pm - Arrive back down from walk latest with lots of smiles! Depart from car park.
